INT. SECURITY ROOM - CONTINUOUS

Alexander’s eyes widen in sheer horror as Hale’s bloody smile deepens.

ALEXANDER What do you mean?! Speak!

HALE (Choking out a chuckle) The company was just the playground, Alexander. Vanessa wanted your billions... but I wanted the cure.

Alexander turns slowly toward Vanessa. She is pinned against the desk by Daniel, her polished composure completely gone, eyes wide with manic desperation.

ALEXANDER The cure...?

HALE Claire didn't die of a rare neurological disease, Alexander. She was my first trial. Her blood held the exact antibodies needed to isolate the synthetic nerve agent I created for the defense contractors. But her body failed before the synthesis was complete.

The air leaves Alexander’s lungs. The world spins.

ALEXANDER Claire...

HALE (Nodding toward Elena, who is convulsing violently on the floor) You think I was poisoning you to give her your voting rights? The soup wasn't meant to kill you—it was designed to lower your immune threshold, to prepare your blood to accept the final strain. You were never the target of the murder, Alexander. You were the incubator.

Lily scrambles to her mother’s side, her small hands shaking as she presses them against Elena’s pale cheek. Tears stream down the little girl's face.

She looks up at Alexander, her fingers moving in frantic, desperate speed:

LILY (SIGNING) Save her. Please. The blue bottle in his coat.

Alexander doesn't hesitate. He lunges at Hale, ripping open the inner pocket of the doctor's jacket. A small steel case tumbles onto the floor, revealing two glass vials—one filled with a dark amber liquid, the other clear.

ALEXANDER Which one?!

Hale snaps his jaw shut, glaring in silence.

Lily's eyes dart to Hale's mouth. She grabs Alexander’s arm and signs rapidly:

LILY (SIGNING) He said 'Amber' in his head! He bit his lip on 'Clear'! AMBER!

Without a second thought, Alexander grabs the amber vial, snaps the cap, and hands it to the lead security guard, who readies a clean emergency syringe from the room's first-aid kit.

DANIEL (Stepping on Hale's chest) Injecting now!

The guard plunges the counter-agent into Elena’s arm.

Silence heavy as lead falls over the room. For five agonizing seconds, Elena’s body remains rigid. Then, a sharp, gasping breath tears from her throat. Her eyes flutter open, her chest heaving as the color slowly returns to her skin.

LILY (Silent sob)

Lily throws her arms around her mother’s neck. Elena weakly wraps her arms around her daughter, pulling her close.

Sirens wail in the distance, growing louder as police cruisers and ambulances tear up the mansion's long driveway.

Vanessa drops to her knees, weeping bitterly as hand-cuffs click around her wrists. Guards haul Hale up; his cold, calculating eyes never leave Alexander.

HALE It doesn't end here, Vale. The research is already offsite.

ALEXANDER (Standing tall, voice like steel) Then I'll spend every penny of those billions burning your legacy to the ground.

The police burst into the room, taking Hale and Vanessa into custody and clearing the scene.

EXT. MANSIÓN PORCH - NIGHT (LATER)

The flashing red and blue lights of the police cars reflect off the wet asphalt. Paramedics examine Elena on the back of an ambulance, confirming she is stable.

Alexander walks out onto the grand porch. The cold night air clears the remaining fog from his head.

He kneels down in front of Lily, who is sitting on the stone steps, wrapped in a warm blanket.

Alexander raises his hands, signing slowly and with profound reverence:

ALEXANDER (SIGNING) You saved my life. You saved your mother.

Lily looks at him. A small, faint smile finally breaks through her pale, exhausted face.

She raises her hands to reply:

LILY (SIGNING) You listened. No one else ever listens to us.

Alexander takes a deep breath, looking at the grand, hollow mansion behind him, then back to the brave little girl who saw what everyone else was blind to.

ALEXANDER (SIGNING) From now on, the whole world will hear you.

He extends his hand. Lily reaches out and takes it. Together, they watch the dark clouds break above the estate, letting the moonlight finally wash over the house of secrets.
